So I won 3 bucks on full tilt and made it into 200 after loosing 50 to a number of running flushes and AK(me) vs A2(other player). Full tilt has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I’m going to withdrawal the money an put 50 into another poker site. What is a fair and balanced poker site?

If you are currently stressing a lot when you are playing Holdem then don’t worry. I’m giving you permission to let go of all your stresses for now and focus on this article. Because in this Texas Holdem secrets article I’m going to share with you some great ways of stressing less at the poker table.
And I know that is already making you feel a lot more relaxed.
Texas Holdem Secrets – 10 Ways To Stress Less Playing Texas Holdem
1 – Play small stakes
When you sit down at a table where less is on the line you instantly start to stress less. Than you become more relaxed and play a lot better. Stop worrying about having to play a bigger stakes table and go a bit lower.
2 – Sit down with table limit and have the bankroll to support
Always sit down at the table with the most you possibly can. This way you’ll have a lot more to work with and you large stack will have ‘fat’ to support the inevitable ups and downs of the game. You’ll need a bankroll of 20 times that stack, so make sure you have it to back you up.
3 – Understand it can be ups and downs but overall it’s up
You might be stressing a lot every time you lose a hand and beat yourself up over it. You need to grasp that it happens to all of us. No player just ‘wins wins and wins some more’. The ups and down are part of the game.
4 – Dont all in or calls all ins
This is a major stress source for people – especially when they lose. Some types of person love the feeling of having it all on the line, but most of us normal people just find it a stressful situation. The secret is to just avoid it!
5 – Accept bad beats will happen, just accept it
Look, seriously, if you haven’t yet done this you need to do it right now. Tell yourself, say to yourself that you accept that the chance and probabilty of the game will sometimes give you a negative situation. That’s it.
6 – Never ever play with money you can’t afford to lose
This should go without saying but sometimes people put money that’s very important to them on the line. The justification is always that you are going to win more so it will be alright. But sometimes you don’t win. So only play money with money you can lose.
7 – Go back to Holdem being a hobby
Look, I know this is the last thing on some peoples minds but it does work. I did it for a while. I got so caught up in the game I just stopped taking it so seriously and started having more fun. And when I did that I learnt more, played better, and everything came good.
8 – Explain it to your family and friends
You might have to sit down and explain to your wife, or other very important people, that playing Holdem is your hobby and your enjoyment. All hobbies cost money. Then, if you lose some money you won’t get yelled at, which is a common source of stress from the game.
9 – Get a poker odds calculator
If you really love the probabilty side of the game and the maths, this might be a source of stress for you. Face it, doing calculations is hard. So get a calculator or a Holdem odds calculator, and let the computer do the work.
10 – Read more books
Go and get your hands on more books, more ebooks, courses and information on how to play better. Take a small break from playing but continue studying. The biggest secret is when you get better at Holdem it’s less stressful because you win more easily. That the biggest Texas Holdem secret I can give you.

The success of the feminine population in the field of poker actually begins during March when Annie Duke had the trophy of the NBC Heads-Up Championship by ousting Erik Seidel at the final duel.
Later that month, Vanessa Selbst and Liv Boeree take steps on the same feat respectively at the North American Poker Tour Mohegan Sun and the European Poker Tour (EPT) San Remo.
In the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas, another women stands out – The star of the WSOP Europe Annette Obrestad. Although she failed to repeat her feat on that event, she actually take home winnings amounting to $ 40,000 during the said tournament.
By September 2010, women stands out again. It gives way back when Selbst won the title in the Partouche Poker Tour. She was also featured in the 4th place of the High Roller European Poker Tour (EPT) in London.
Annette Obrestad also excelled during that month when she received the sacrament of the Heads’Up tournament.
Another prove to this fight is the recent Asian Pacific Poker Tour Cebu (APPT) where the victory was attributed to a woman in the person of Korean Shin Young-Im.
And lastly, the feat of Vanessa Rousso at the World Poker Tour, Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic where she collect the title against male players of fame which includes John Racener and Andrew Robl. She able to win the third place on that event.
